Here’s a quick summary for those who haven’t watched this film yet, when a well-known crime novelist Harlan Thrombey is found neck slit, bloodily drenched , laying in his book room, with a knife in his hands, and just after his 85th birthday!? Do we say it’s a murder, suicide or an inconvient accident?? The thought of dying literally the day after, before, or many days apart. Who knows anymore? A birthday party or birthday in general, is intentioned to be your best day ever! Am i wrong? Trust when I say, there is more to this kind of stuff. A detective, and not just any Detective, best Detective Benoit Blanc was anonymously hired to find the real suspect behind this case. From Harlan’s family, who are birthed with silverspoon. In other words, it’s a figurative speech for when a person from a family that is extremely rich, wealthy. They are likely to lead a privileged life. As well as dysfunctional and well, messy. From that to his devoted partners. He’s on a mission to unravel the truth once and for all. Who hired Beniot Blanc?
Personally, even though I am HUGE on action, adventure and crime. If you like a good laugh, drama, action, murder and MYSTERY. It’s definitely this one. There were a couple favorite scenes i’d like to share, when Marta Cabrera ( Harlan’s medical assistant ) “accidentally inject 100 mg. of morphine into Harlan. Look i am not sick in the head. She actually didn’t and the medication she gave Mr. Thrombey was the correct medication. It was the correct medication, because she’s done it over a thousand times. It is because she is a good nurse with a kind and pure heart. She didn’t know that it was actually someone else who is responsible for it. The other one was when Ransom missed out on the funeral, but came just in time for the Reading of the Will. The family of course didn’t have their likings and when the will was finished reading. The family lashed out on each other and he told everyone to eat sh*t and shove it up their a**. It's freaking hilariously ridiculous. Linda is finally able to read the letters her father wrote to her about Morris’s affair. It was heartbreaking, but the truth is nothing but the truth. Lastly, when Marta gets what was rightfully hers and the whole family just looks up at her. She was drinking from a mug, and if you’re curious of what it looks like. It’s at the top of this review. I definitely recommend it. Many of these favorite moments I have shared with you all. I hope you could get a little out of their characteristics. You would think because they are family, it’s probably just me, it would be nothing but the truth and innocence. Until one lie unfolds. The effect it has is like a domino. Now from how many eyes that were at Mr. Thrombey’s 85th birthday. Who is actually telling the truth? How do i know one’s intentions fae or foe? Does the lie cover up and the case is dismissed just like that? Thrown under the bus, wiped and buried 25 ft deep in dirt!? Just like, will it untangle the dark secrets? Or Was it just really a suicide? What do you think? If you like to check out more about YouthLine Media. Go check & follow out our instagram page: @youthline.sf
